01. Receive production process documents

Ensure that the proportion of fine codes in the production process is clear and precise to avoid misunderstandings during the manufacturing process.

If errors or ambiguities are found in the document preparation information, immediate communication should be made with the documentation personnel or the document should be returned to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.


02. Obtain production boards and paper samples

After verifying the accuracy of the production order, the next step is to obtain the production board and paper sample. These boards and paper patterns are important references in the production process, and the production of boards and paper patterns must be accurate and error free to guide the production process. Ensure accurate and complete production boards and paper samples are obtained from the cutting supervisor and production manager for smooth production in the future. According to the cutting plan, collect samples and paper patterns in sequence, carefully check the color and quantity of the samples to ensure accuracy. 03. Mark the cutting position on the paper sample

In the loose fabric area, carefully cut the fabric board according to the cutting plan sequence, refer to the specific requirements of cutting and order making, and accurately attach the fabric board. Check the position of the fabric board strips and embroidery on the paper sample to ensure they are consistent with the requirements of the production and customer.

Multiple parties participate to ensure the accuracy of paper patterns, document making, and fabric placement. Check the fabric board on the paper pattern to ensure that the information on the pattern's reverse alignment, front and back width, and sleeve symmetry is correct. Clarify the style features of the pattern, such as whether it is a round or square neck, and whether it needs to be moved forward.


04. Loose cloth and measuring cloth sealing

Loose fabric is an important step in the fabric processing. During the process of loosening the fabric, keep it clean and orderly to avoid damage. Be cautious when loosening the fabric to avoid excessive force that may cause deformation. Fabrics should be classified by style, color, and cylinder number to ensure that each piece of fabric is properly distinguished.

Before measuring and sealing the fabric, it is necessary to first loosen and spread it flat, then carefully measure its width and make detailed records. Next, accurately fill in the measured sealing data into the document preparation. Spread the fabric evenly and record the measurement to ensure accurate data input for document preparation.


05. Cutting and cutting verification

According to the production order and label rack, prepare for cutting and pay attention to the alignment of the fabric strips. Before starting the cutting process, it is important to carefully check the position of the stripes to ensure their accuracy. Accurately place the paper pattern on the fabric to prepare for cutting. Keep the fabric flat and ensure cutting accuracy.

Use cutting software for preview to ensure smooth cutting work. When cutting bed sheets, be sure to clearly indicate the style and color, and carefully check the details on the cut sheets. Verify each cut to ensure that the quantity of cuts matches the customer's requirements.


06. Quality Control and Handover

According to detailed records, ensure that the cutting pattern and color are correct. The film distributor needs to accurately match the pieces based on the cutting of the sub pieces. During the process, attention should be paid to the grain direction, color differences, and stripe size of the cut pieces to ensure the accuracy of the matching. In pressing, the fabric should be adjusted according to requirements to ensure quality.

If there is a quality problem with the printing or embroidery pieces, spare pieces should be used immediately for replenishment. Patch management requires timely replenishment of damaged printed or embroidered patches. Ensure that the goods undergo a thorough inspection before delivery to ensure that the quality and quantity of the goods meet the requirements.
